Brighton based Graphic Designer for web and print. Richard founded Net-Lab in April ‘06, originally to publicise collective output of friends, but slowly fostered it to include work from a much wider perspective. Richard has been involved in promotion and organisation of several regular Brighton club nights, focused largely on electronica, avant garde, dubstep and electro; as well as working closely with other small record labels, promoters and artists. You can find him at InspireBox and 1985.

Zak Norman Brighton, UK

News, blog, promo

A seasoned promoter with 5 years experience in managing events, Zak Norman has gathered his collective knowledge and unpitying opinions to regular contributions for the Net-Lab blog. A vital figure for the success and coherence of the ‘indoor festival’ Luminopolis (formerly The Synergy Project) and the musically luxurious Future Music parities, Zak has established and refined a constantly evolving musical community within the London and Brighton clubbing scene. His hiatus from the aforementioned environments has allowed him to focus on his record labels; the sub-frequency obsessed Blood Tribe Records, and the experimentally sweet Maternity, co-run with David Rzepa (Sick Rebel) and Adam J.B (Halogen). Zak also creates music under the moniker Whipperslacker, look out for forthcoming releases on his own imprint.

Other contributing members include:

Barry Prendergast, Lisa Crowne.
